At an early age, Peck started his uphill climb in renovating an old house in Milford. He then went on to specialize in the rehabilitation of beach cottages on the Milford shoreline. And was credited with the revitalization of the tri-beach area of the city.
Peck continued to rehab small buildings and sell residential properties as a licensed agent. In 1967, he founded his own company, Arnold Peck Realty.
He trained his employees to feel as if they were running their own business. He set the pace for his staff to be decisive, and encouraged them to be inventive and creative.
After all, they follow in the footsteps of a man who wakes up each morning asking, "What can I achieve today, that I didn't achieve yesterday?"
As one leading bank so stated... "His leader-ship and company growth in the past ten years has been truly outstanding" ... Thus establishing Arnold Peck as the Real Estate Man of the decade in Southern New England.
